Kulture X-Ray undertaking

Data Anonymity

Employee responses are encrypted in transit and at rest, separated from identifying distribution and contact information, and reported only in groups large enough to protect people.

Our safeguards

  • Responses are protected in transit and at rest through the platform safeguards supporting the service.
  • Contact or invite information is kept separate from anonymous response data; reports do not expose individual answers or free text.
  • We report only groups of five or more. Smaller departments or cohorts are suppressed or merged before reporting.
  • Non-scored retention indicators are surfaced only as aggregate signals. They are read alongside authorised HR-provided anonymised turnover context and are not an audited turnover rate.
  • Clients must not attempt to identify respondents, combine reports with other data, or pressure employees to reveal how they responded.

What this means

Kulture X-Ray retains its existing validated severity model, red-flag logic, Fear Gap and severity index. Retention signals are additional, non-scored context only. Neither the scoring nor the report diagnoses, monitors or tracks individuals.

Duty of care limits
