The Kulture X-Ray promise
A safe first diagnostic. Clarity without exposing your people. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Anonymous response collection. Reported only in groups of 5+. Includes a severity index, heat-map, leadership debrief, and 30-day action plan within 10 working days.
How anonymity works
- Survey responses are collected without asking respondents for a name or email address.
- Distribution and client contact details are kept separate from survey response records.
- Leadership reports do not include individual answers or respondent-level reporting.
- Findings are only reported for groups of five or more. Smaller departments or cohorts are suppressed or combined before reporting.
- Clients must not attempt to identify respondents, combine the report with other data to infer identities, or pressure people to disclose their responses.
Security wording and limits
The diagnostic uses encrypted connections and encrypted storage provided by the systems used to operate the service. This is not a claim of end-to-end encryption and no online system can promise absolute security. The diagnostic does not diagnose, monitor, or track individual employees.
What is outside the scope
Focus groups are excluded from Kulture X-Ray / Toxicity diagnostic scope. If findings indicate that focus groups would be useful, they are recommended, scoped, and quoted separately. This statement is not an emergency reporting channel; participants should use local emergency, HR, employee-assistance, safeguarding, medical, or legal channels where immediate support is needed.
