Purpose of this notice
This notice explains how EB Koach (Pty) Ltd uses personal information collected through EBKoach. It is designed to support transparent handling of information under POPIA and, where applicable, GDPR. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed with the business's legal adviser before final launch.
Kulture Pulse information
To reveal a Kulture Pulse result, we collect the name, company, role, work email, country, consent choice, optional marketing choice, submitted answers, calculated score, score band, weakest pillar, and submission time. We use this information to provide the requested result, understand aggregate demand, follow up about the result, and administer the EBKoach relationship. Kulture Pulse contact details are stored separately from the response submission record in the application database.
Contact, booking, and service information
When you contact EBKoach, request a proposal, complete a service intake, or purchase a service, we may process the details you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, organisation, message, organisation-level context, and transaction or service-administration information. We use it to respond, scope, deliver and support the requested service, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. Booking links and hosted checkout pages are operated by their respective providers and may have their own notices.
Marketing is optional
Marketing consent is separate from the consent needed to respond to a request or deliver a Kulture Pulse result. We only add a contact to optional Culture Brief updates when they actively choose that option. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe option where provided or emailing us.
Diagnostics and employee responses
Kulture X-Ray and related client diagnostic work are designed for anonymous response collection. Individual employee answers are not included in leadership reporting. Results are reported only in groups of five or more; smaller groups are suppressed or combined. Security, retention, and sharing
We use the security controls available in the systems that host this site and its application data, including encrypted connections. We do not describe the service as end-to-end encrypted. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to operate the service. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, service administration, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers your cookie choice and may preserve Kulture Pulse progress. Optional website analytics does not start unless you accept it. See the Cookie & Analytics Notice for details and controls.
Your privacy requests
To request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or information about your personal data, email hello@ebkoach.co.za or call 064 924 3141. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where the law requires it. Please do not include sensitive employee information in a standard contact form.
