What we collect
We collect the contact details and organisation-level information you submit to request a service, an invoice, an audit intake or a Kulture Pulse result. Optional marketing consent is separate from the consent required to respond to a request. We do not use LinkedIn scraping, people-search, enrichment or third-party contact-data tools.
How we use it
We use required details to respond to your request, scope or deliver services, administer payments, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Optional marketing consent is used only for voluntary EBKoach updates and may be withdrawn at any time. Service communications remain separate from marketing.
Employee research
Kulture X-Ray employee responses are collected without names or email addresses, stored separately from distribution details and reported only in groups of five or more. Non-scored retention signals are aggregate-only; employee sentiment is not an audited HR turnover rate. We do not expose individual answers or free text in reports. See the Data Anonymity statement.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual administration, legal obligations or dispute management. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported by our systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
VAT and contact
EB Koach (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/467716/07) is not currently VAT registered; no VAT is charged. For POPIA or GDPR requests, contact the Information Officer at hello@ebkoach.co.za. This notice remains subject to attorney review.
